I guess I have two questions.</p><p>1. Can anyone with prior experience in this let me know what it consists of</p><p>2. It is challenging and rewarding. The bar is pretty high. Like any specialty assignment it is all about how well you perform. I have had and seen many E7’s over the years be selected for E8 coming out of or shortly after these type assignments. It is a great opportunity to share your expertise in environments where it is truly needed.
