To be honest, I couldn't care less what is on my tombstone (If I have one at all, as I plan on cremation) it just really doesn't matter.

I want more to be known for how I lived. To that end, I'm trying to document my memories of events that seem significant to me and I'm making sure that the information will be distributed among the family on both hard and soft copies.

My wife was the impetus of this project and it is one I recommend you to also do. None of us know when we will be gone.

Never really thought about it and really won't matter much to me when I am on the other side of the stone. Not a stone I leave behind that will define how I lived and only those that actually knew you can determine that legacy. Once they are gone no one knows the person on the stone....

Living a very unremarkable life I highly doubt if anyone will ever happen to read my tombstone. In any event I plan to be cremated and ashes interred at the Texas State Veterans Cemetary near Waco overlooking hill country.
