What with the Democrats and their shills in the popular media, news media, and on campuses constantly beating the drum, it's easy to be led to wonder. However, if you simply check the law you will find that the grounds for impeachment of a sitting President are fairly limited and there is no evidence that President Trump has committed any crime rising to the level of an impeachable offense. No, not evidence whatsoever. They love to claim there is but not one bit of evidence has been produced. So, what's going on here? Wishful thinking? Maybe. However, it is an Orwellian concept that a lie repeated frequently enough becomes truth. But only truth to those wanting to believe. Sadly for the Democrats and those on the Left, they have no power to impose their will on Congress (where impeachment occurs) even if the believers rallied together. Thus, they appear as a bunch of children suffering mass hysteria, much like the Salem Witch Trials. Ultimately, they are only hurting themselves. As the believers peel away by virtue of the lack of anything happening, they are diminishing their own ranks and thus, diminishing their chances of returning to power.Response by CPT Jack Durish made Jun 17 at 2017 11:06 PM2017-06-17T23:06:18-04:002017-06-17T23:06:18-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member2658671<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think his impeachment is almost a given. Neither party (den of thieves) can bring themselves to accept that they have made themselves irrelevant and utterly untrustworthy in the eyes of the American people and they're so caught up in denial that the real truth will invariably elude them. And, the real truth is that they ALL are the architects of their own demise. It hosently reminds of if the old legend of Excalibur when Uther Pendragon wondered to Merlin and was completely baffled at the fact that the people in the kingdom had rallied behind his former ally and now leader of the rebellion after he had wrong him. When asked by Uther why the people had turned against him, Merlin simply responded, "You took his castle. You stole his wife. Now, no one trusts you, and rightly so. Why should they?" Later, as Uther was being killed at the hands of his own knights, he still was oblivious to the fact that he was the creator of his own demise. Still utterly consumed with having none but him wield the power in his hands, he plunged Excalibur into a stone, and with it, the kingdom into ruin and dispair until one who was worthy (and not of his choosing) eventually reversed the course.<br />The charlatans and thieves who now inhabit the falls of power in our nation are not all that much different from the characters of that legend. They have ALL become so consumed with maintaining their death grip on the power they have collectively usurped from those who entrusted them with it. They have invariably betrayed their oaths of office, and thereby, of the American people. No one trust them, and rightly so. Why should we, after all?<br />From what I have seen of their behavior, past and present, I have no doubt that many in congress continue to scheme, plot, and clamor for the impeachment and removal of this president, just as they have since well before he was even inaugurated case in point: Maxine Waters vowing to her leftist idol worshippers on 9 Nov. 2016 that she and her allies were going "lead this president right into impeachment..."<br />The main obstacle I have seen so far is that has been no factual evidence of any kind to support even one of their claims against the president. Like it or not, hating a particular President to the point of blind obsession, be he democrat or republican, wi never be grounds for impeachment, period. Without concrete, documented, and proven evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors committed by this presidentthere cannot be an impeachment. Those are simple facts of reality...<br />So, while almost all on the left side of congress and some in the right side of congress continue to accuse, fabricate, connive, scheme, plot, and look for evil Russians under every rock, life will go on just as it did yesterday and all the yesterdays before. The blatant obstruction, blocking, and attempts at undermining this will continue. Trust or faith in anything governmental or media related will continue to diminish, along with their relevance, until the next election cycle when people who are utterly fed up and disgusted with the bullshit sandwiches once again go to voting presincts and make there wishes known. Hopefully, they will actually take a few moments to educate themselves regarding the candidates they choose to support. Not going to hold my breathe for it, but one can at least hope...Response by SSG Ronald Bloodworth made Jun 18 at 2017 1:01 PM2017-06-18T13:01:49-04:002017-06-18T13:01:49-04:00MCPO Mark Burns2661946<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>None. That means the Senate would never get to a hearing or a vote. Of course, things can change.
