This man took advantage of several veterans, lied about being a ranger, and even took advantage of a few organizations dedicated to helping veterans. What do you think should happen to him?

He actually tried to get support from a site that specializes in outing fakes, not sure what to think.

He is being publicly ostracized. I am not sure if he violated any federal laws, but his information needs to be made available all over the world-wide-net. Also, personally I think he looks awfully young for his claims. I am cautious of most people. My smart phone would have been hot making calls to some Ranger hotline to find out his this guy was trying to pull the wool over my eyes.

Here's an idea. For folks like this that want to claim to be Rangers or SEALS or whatever, make them go through the training. They won't actually be able to earn the title even if they somehow manage to complete it, but if they want to be a Ranger so bad let them have a taste of what it takes to become one.
