Uhm... Alright, one of my employees has a kid on the way that she is gonna need serious support for because she's single. Let's throw her out.<br /><br />Also, this will solve some form of discrimination by simply throwing out single mothers? What about single fathers? What about someone who has simply taken guardianship over a child by themselves? <br /><br />Not only is this, as you put it Sir, disgusting, it seems counter productive and stupid. In the end, I can't help but simply think, what the hell? When it "benefits" a company to rid itself of someone who would possibly require paid maternity leave, or at least time off for appointments and after delivery, why wouldn't they? (Not saying I agree with it, but from the standpoint of a business who sees $$$$.) Absolutely repulsive.
