Why would you make a uniform that is used during hours of darkness (Dawn/Dusk &amp; associated Twilights) Black? The Yellow accents are not actually reflective. This is a safety concern. I get the obsession with the reflective PT belt, but this is a step backwards.<br /><br />New cammies: Better pattern. Massive increase in cost to the service member. Depends on implementation.
