Do you believe it will help in quickly addressing and fixing HRC issues? As well as your thoughts on getting rid of the ERB and ORB and replacing it with the SRB?

In theory...will need to wait for implementation.

Just hope it's not as 'good' as DIMHRS was (supposed to be). :(

IPPS-A makes me rather happy as it addresses a number of issues I've had with personnel and pay systems. The best way to get everyone's attention about it: 42As are now going to do pay actions.

Right now it is only surveyed to Army National Guard according to the site when I clicked on it from my AKO.
