If it was a Drill Sergeant talking to a private I would have a clever remark but it's a Drill Sergeant School Instructor talking to a Drill Sergeant School student that is a staff sergeant. Probably telling him that he is not standing at the proper position of attention.

Or he might be saying...

This would seem to be poor reporting. 2800 slots? So, they are recruiting enough drills to train the entire army 10 times over? 15 entire (aggregate) companies worth?

No. Unless we're planning on putting 220,000 people in BCT all at once, that's uh, a farfetched number.
