I suppose there are plans and the city involved has resolved all issues to make it a reality, but will it become a haven from weather and a trash bin for the homeless???

I've seen some interesting Repurposing before but not this. Great Idea. I always feel better after a shower.

Good idea in theory; however u know it will be trashed and abused within a week/ day and unless 24 hour monitoring a hell of a daily clean up for whoever has to clean it, as you know... they won't do it and volunteers will not :) go past the entrance
