It is only when the CAC card has expired or lost that the CAC protocols are a real pain. I have yet to meet anyone who had to reestablish their access with a new card who hasn't had problems getting their work product off of the cloud or assigned computer. However, in the off chance I am surrounded by the digitally challenged, I would like to hear your "CAC Card Stories." I know of no alternative that offers as many uses for the same total cost of use. You are correct regarding the frustrations that come with reestablishing access on a new card. But they are efficient! MAJ L.
