Cut out processed food. But some foods that fill you up are whole grains, avocado, and nuts/nut butters. I've never used coffee in my life and have no problem going for a 6am run. I was a Mt Dew addict for years. At age 42 I switched to coffee, and dropped 60 lbs. I suddenly found myself with the energy to go play football with my teenage son and his friends, and more apt to say "OK" when he asked to go lift weights.<br /><br />Processed crap is available everywhere, vending machines, drive through windows, you can even get it delivered. To eat right you have to be more strategic, when I was loosing weight I'd make myself a breakfast of 4 eggs, ham, cheese and sour cream... I really don't care for breakfast to begin with, but I knew if I didn't eat breakfast I would be stuffing pizza rolls in my face by noon.
