What do you know about the standards for QSP Boards?

NCOs identified for QSP with 15 years in but less than 20 can apply for TERA (early retirement). The key is TERA must be requested via 4187 through HRC. It is not automatic.

Another interesting tidbit:

"One last note; when the SFC board convened approximately 7,000 SSGs were not considered because they did not complete SSD 3."
