What do you guys think about the HPDT ?

I think it's a good think. We just implemented it into 11B MOSQ starting last week. So far, nobody has failed because of it. The 12 mile road march is tomorrow morning. It works out to like an 18:20 mile. In my opinion, if you can't do that, you need to find a new profession anyway.

Where can you find the requirements? Training NCOs would like to brief this up front with Soldiers before sending them to a school to reclass.
