I want to just travel and put all my troubles behind me. Reality says I am stuck here in Tucson for the time being. I love making contacts all around the world and just asking simple questions about the weater, problems in the area, and the HISTORY! I met a young AF member from Azores and 3 months later, he got stationed 100 miles from here. It's a small world thanks to RallyPoint.

I typically look for the folks, regardless of service branch or MOS, who say the smart answers. It's always best to surround yourself with good people. I also enjoy those who add some levity and a chuckle to sometimes serious conversations or even arguments.
I always try to answer honestly with what I think or fell. I know full well that what I post could make someone upset, although that is never my goal. As I mentioned in another answer recently, I'll only post what I'll stand by.
As for those who send me a friend request, good luck, hope for the best.

Actually, I friend folk because either I already know them, they are in my unit, in a unit I have been in, or going to, or because they seem to be interesting and potentially I could learn something from them!

I found this is a great way to have a better understanding of what the other branches do, and encourages me when non-common sense decisions are made or stupid things happen that I'm not the only one in uniform thinking "This MENSA member, in all his/her infinite wisdom..."
