By adding them into the decision making to solve the issue at hand, I have found most people will get actively engaged in the discussion and this in itself will start the foundation of building the team. The education system across the United States is failing,and he's worried that those receiving leadership training and mentorship will choose options the may fit there life best beyond high school. I bet he is a supporter of free Junior College for all as well. "Let's continue to take, without giving" is his motto.
