You have to have the strength within yourself (not your muscles, not your bones, but your core; your soul) and you have to create the positive, be the positive. This is not done overnight, it&#39;s done through a lot of trial and error. Once you&#39;re able to establish your baseline, work yourself to achieve more and higher than anyone else.<br /><br />You also have to know that if you fall down or fail, it&#39;s never the end. You keep pushing, persevering and proving everyone that you can do it.
