<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I teach them the basics of the job first and then work on the harder aspects after they have a good idea of what the job entails. Have them do a few hands on things at a time and work them up to doing all the hands on things before I leave/promote. My superiors have done it for me and I have have that it works.
