What do you believe is your destiny?

Looking at your entire life, reflecting on your journey so far, what do you believe is your destiny? Is it predetermined for you? Do you make it yourself? How will you find it? How will you know when you arrive? Have you already reached your destiny?

Everyone has a predetermined destiny in life. That is, our predetermined destiny is to become a worm buffet. Now, with that being said, it is completely in your own hands what you do with your life during the in-between stages.

Humanity was held back for a thousand years mired in the concept of predetermination.

I'm not sure what my destiny is. I know what I would like it to be but that may not always be the plan. I think it's funny to look back and see what you felt your destiny was growing up as a child. Think about it, how many times were you asked what you wanted to be when you grew up. Personally, I am sure I answered with astronaut, doctor, race car driver and other "cool" jobs. Yet, as fate has it, I sit here today working IT. I guess the one part of my destiny I can control is that when my time comes for my final inspection that I can sit back and smile knowing I did the best I could to be a positive change on those whom I touched.

CH (MAJ) William Beaver, my destiny based on the absolute truth of scripture and where God had led me through is spending eternity with the eternal and true God in my resurrected body on the perfectly created new earth. He knows what crowns He has prepared for me. I don't understand the crowning that each believer will receive in glory; but, I know it will take place.
In the past I taught young children in church until my heart health deteriorated and the my spine followed suit. I have served an an usher and encourager for many years and expect He will continue to use me in those areas. To God be the Glory for now and for eternity. I have seen Him do many amazing and miraculous things over the past 28 years. He has performed more than I could have hoped for in my life, the life of those I love, and relative strangers without drawing attention to any person other than Himself.
In this life I expect He will continue to use me to minister to others by serving, encouraging and prayer and whatever ministries he has ordained for me in the future as I age. Please don't tell me that you're asking "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I haven't decided yet. That being said, I'd say that my destiny is already decided. It will be written by my progeny. Sadly, those without progeny will not have one, will they?
