What do you all think about the Air Force switching to OCP?

I think that if they do it'll be the first time since BDUs that they actually looked like a military branch.

Who cares...? I don't see why there should even be an opinion on such a thing. Camo is Camo... It isn't like wearing different uniforms does anything. Are you jealous that the Chair Force boys and girls are getting to wear your club colors or something??

I never really thought of it until there was talk of the transition... Personally, I am ready for something new before I retire.

Do OCP's help them blend in with their hangars and offices? If not, what's the point?

I find it somewhat upsetting. As a Soldier we have different missions and risk. From OIF to present day, there are approximately 6500 casualties. 70% of the deaths are Army, 24% is Marines. The Marines make up only 10% of the military, so 24% is huge. The Navy makes up 5% of the casualties. So now Air Force only makes up 1% of the 6500 death. So many Soldiers were jacked up or died wearing that uniform and the Air Force wants to look like Soldiers but has the luxury of never being exposed to any danger. Again we’re different.
