Being able to actually -DO- my job. Camaraderie with the team I'm with and cross training with Bravos and Deltas.

Getting away from everything for a while. I got back in March and I feel like I'm more stressed being back in garrison than when I was deployed.

time for my guys to get qualified, when its just us out there its allot easier to focus on Quals! its hard to get the next higher watch qual when your out for a day then in for 3 weeks ETC. And as a DCC its time i can focus on training at my pace and not training for another inspection!
