Most of them have an incredible knowledge of Army doctrine and can find ways to accomplish all types of tasks. These same Soldiers are then placed in charge of Soldiers when they often do not have the talent, skill, or desire to lead. I think the Army should go back to having Spec-5, Spec-6, and Spec-7 ranks. These Soldiers would still have the ability to promote while simultaneously improving the Army by removing potentially toxic leadership.
