What do officer military ID cards have listed as an Expiration Date? Do they have specific dates like EAOS for enlisted?

What do officer military ID cards listed have as Expiration Date? Do they have a specific dates like EAOS for enlisted?

All CACs have an expiration date. Usually 3 years.

Only Retirees when they reach 65 have indefinitely on the CAC

O ID cards say indefinite. Never had a CAC card. Reserve ID cards (red) and retired IDs (blue grey) always have INDEF. Green cards (Title 10 AD) are INDEF. Those for AUS Reserve Officers have an expiration date when issued for a short period of AD, more than 30 days, such as going to a school say OAC. The card then has the date the course ends.

MSG Private RallyPoint Member is correct. My ID card expiration date is 3 years past the issue date.

I’m over 65 and retired. My ID is a lot like me, indefinite.

Never had a Military Police id other than a badge when I was on Permanent Shore patrol in Morehead City, NC
