It's basically an offset screwdriver for aircraft panel "dzus" fasteners like this one. They are still used. It&#39;s especially important to aerodales NOT to have things that go BOOM too close to their ride. They were also good for an accurate &amp; quick measurement of LZ&#39;s... Never good to bring in a &#39;46 or &#39;53 in a patch sized for a Huey.
