I would really like to transfer into the Navy's EOD program. I have my DD 368 (conditional release request) filled out. Who do I send it to to be signed? Who signs it? And I have heard it must be accompanied by a 4187. If this is true how should I fill out the 4187. Thanks in advance for responses. What do I have to do to transfer out of active Army into active Navy?2018-01-11T18:56:05-05:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member3248078<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hey everyone, I am new to RP so bare with me here.<br />I am currently active duty Army (11b). It is a DD (department of defense) form, not DA (department of army) 368 can be from IRR any branch, to active army. You do not use dd368 to go from IRR to reserve. IRR is already a reserve component.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 11 at 2018 9:04 PM2018-01-11T21:04:45-05:002018-01-11T21:04:45-05:00CPO Private RallyPoint Member3811370<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If and when approved by your COC. Take that DD 368 to a Navy recruiting office and ask to speak with a NSO/NSW recruiter who handles Navy Challenge programs, he or she should be able to guide you through the process. Good luck.Response by CPO Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 20 at 2018 10:00 PM2018-07-20T22:00:32-04:002018-07-20T22:00:32-04:002018-01-11T18:56:05-05:00
