Welcome to the Army Reserve (USAR). Keep in mind that from Active Component (AC) to Army Reserve (AR), to you is a different world. You'll get lost. Don't worry. I've been there. Make sure you keep in touch with your assigned leaders and your squad elements. Make sure you know their phone numbers. Make sure you ask questions, again, and again. Keep up with your PT at your convenience. Make sure, you keep in touch with your civilian education as well. One course at the time will get you very far. It took me 17 years from scratch to earn a Masters. But, I have a Masters. Please contact USARC EBDL at [login to see] for further information if you are unable to reach your leaders, or your training NCO or your Unit Administrator.
Also, you can contact your respective Division Readiness either, 81 RD, 99 RD, 88 RD, or 63 RD phone lines based on your unit location. They will email you the newest list if you can reach out to them.
BLUF: do not proceed to any EBDL course without your Commander prior Approval Memo. Otherwise, you'll do it for free.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 19 at 2019 2:50 PM2019-12-19T14:50:38-05:002019-12-19T14:50:38-05:002019-12-18T13:23:12-05:00
