What courses could I get paid for?

What are the approved Army courses I could get paid for if completed outside of drill? We were briefed on it my very first BA but I wasn't able to retain information on the form(s) I need to complete or approved courses. I'm still new to the Reserves so I have a lot to learn.

Get in touch with your Training NCO. They should have the up to date list of EBDL courses. If they don't, shoot me an email to [login to see] and I'll shoot you the list

A lot of it has to do with what your unit is willing to pay for. As insane as this nay sound, its real. Need help, you can always reach out.

SGT Heather! Welcome to the Army Reserve (USAR). Keep in mind that from Active Component (AC) to Army Reserve (AR), to you is a different world. You'll get lost. Don't worry. I've been there. Make sure you keep in touch with your assigned leaders and your squad elements. Make sure you know their phone numbers. Make sure you ask questions, again, and again. Keep up with your PT at your convenience. Make sure, you keep in touch with your civilian education as well. One course at the time will get you very far. It took me 17 years from scratch to earn a Masters. But, I have a Masters. Please contact USARC EBDL at [login to see] for further information if you are unable to reach your leaders, or your training NCO or your Unit Administrator.
Also, you can contact your respective Division Readiness either, 81 RD, 99 RD, 88 RD, or 63 RD phone lines based on your unit location. They will email you the newest list if you can reach out to them.
BLUF: do not proceed to any EBDL course without your Commander prior Approval Memo. Otherwise, you'll do it for free.
