What cell phone carrier works best in Fort Irwin? Especially if I’m going to be out in the box a lot.

I was there for 3 years and had no problems with Verizon. There are cell towers on post and never had issues. As far as the box goes, I only flew around it, but I still had signal.

I used AT&T with no issues. You might have some spotty service in Live Fire.

I had Verizon and At&t
Never had an issue. Soldiers complained about T-Mobile

Currently sitting in the box observing live fire, posting this from my cell on the Verizon network.

That said, AT&T has the best service in garrison and in the box. Verizon is decent, but there are a LOT of dead spots out here. If you have any carrier besides those two, I hope your significant other has an ASIP or RCS at the crib.

No cell seems to work well at Ft Irwin but Verizon worked the best for me.
