After that look at the promotion potential as how many SSG have been promoted and SFC in the past few years. As an industry computers are a great area for growth but as for growth in the army the 25B are massively over strengthed, they are over 150% over staffed for E-6 and up E-9 for 25B is at 180% over strengthed but things may change in the coming months so you need to consider a lot

Jobs within the signal corps will be consolidated in the near future and this will affect 25Bs by increasing competition for promotion.
