You can always raise your APFT and Weapons Qual. scores as well. Remember that points alone do not make an NCO. You have to have qualities you wish to instill in others, see yourself sacrificing your time and energy for the development of junior Soldiers, and serve as a role model and bearer of standards. If your MOS doesn't have many e5 slots, change your MOS. You already know what to do to get your e5. Look at the soldiers getting promoted, what do they have that you don't?
