Anyone have any schools/classes I should sign up for to broaden my knowledge? What can I do to broaden my knowledge base? 2021-02-11T13:57:00-05:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 6738570 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m 7months into my first tour as an AGR 92Y, some days I feel like I&#39;m nonstop and others I&#39;m reaching for things to do. Learn DTMS, DTS, ATRRS, and IPPS-A. It’ll make you more of an asset to them and your unit and also set you up to interview well for future positions. Your first year or two AGR are a nightmare. They do training videos covering CSDP, GCSS-Army, hand receipts, property management, maintenance, FLIPLs, as well as answer any supply questions you may have. There is no institutional training that will help your job make sense in the AGR side. One of the best things that has helped me is going through block-by-block on your CSDP checklist, CMDP checklist, COMET checklist, etc. Once you understand the full scope of CSDP and know what you get inspected on, a lot of the other questions you don’t even know to ask are answered for you and things start to make sense.
