Learn DTMS, DTS, ATRRS, and IPPS-A. It’ll make you more of an asset to them and your unit and also set you up to interview well for future positions. Your first year or two AGR are a nightmare.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 11 at 2021 2:01 PM2021-02-11T14:01:23-05:002021-02-11T14:01:23-05:00SGT David A. There is no institutional training that will help your job make sense in the AGR side. One of the best things that has helped me is going through block-by-block on your CSDP checklist, CMDP checklist, COMET checklist, etc. Once you understand the full scope of CSDP and know what you get inspected on, a lot of the other questions you don’t even know to ask are answered for you and things start to make sense.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 25 at 2021 2:11 PM2021-02-25T14:11:31-05:002021-02-25T14:11:31-05:001SG Rob Sheehan6938271<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Drill Sgt that shot me out infront of my peers.
