It written from a SPECOPS point of view but the messages and leadership lessons in it are really applicable to junior leaders. I would also recommend Words for Warriors by COL(R) Ralph Puckett. This book is one of my personal go-to books for leadership lessons. It will give you a better understanding of the PTSD problem, its causes, and effect. If you read it correctly, it will also help you prevent others from suffering it.
