It written from a SPECOPS point of view but the messages and leadership lessons in it are really applicable to junior leaders. I would also recommend Words for Warriors by COL(R) Ralph Puckett. This book is one of my personal go-to books for leadership lessons.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 18 at 2014 6:25 PM2014-04-18T18:25:48-04:002014-04-18T18:25:48-04:00Col Private RallyPoint Member105603<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Here's a link to a great read. It will give you a better understanding of the PTSD problem, its causes, and effect.
