Small ceremony for Veterans at local assisted living. My VFW Post letting them know they are not forgotten.

I may go to the town that I am a Legion member at, and attend the flag retirement ceremony and festivities.

My wife and I are taking care of our Granddaughter for the day,since her parents are both working, as a Veteran I think that’s a great way to spend the day.

Only day I could get in to see the eye doc. Other than that, always work to do on the spread. I tend to low key these days and think about those who are no longer with us. Sitting out on the tractor with a cigar looking at the country; good to feel where you belong.

Work from 0000 to 0800, work out, go to bed, get up, and go to work again. I will hang the flag when I get home though.
