LT Private RallyPoint Member 94500 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I used the dental insurance through Concordia Tricare Dental the first 9 years of my career and just recently the military switched to METLIFE Tricare Dental. I really enjoyed the coverage provided by Concordia Dental and their billing department was great! However, I have noticed continued issues with METLIFE Dental billing and customer service. My colleagues in the Coast Guard are having issues as well and I am wondering what the overall perspective of this new provider is? I did not have any issues with Concordia. The billing department and the customer service department do not like each other. I am so frustrated with this issue I would like to get a Senator or Congressmen to look into how badly they are screwing us. You are right, call after call does no good. I don't know what to do with this nightmare anymore. What??? Two weeks later I received a copy of the audit in the form of another bill. It stated that I owe $23.00 to bring it current. Three weeks later I get another bill for an additional $84.00 in back owed premiums. They can not tell me why or where this came from. You get the same response, we will submit an inquiry. Call back in three business days. Nothing with MET ever gets resolved. Billing has been the biggest headache. Bill payment continues to drop off after a few months. I&#39;ve also tried to send payments through bank bill pay but that doesn&#39;t work either, since they use the same account number for individual and family only one account was being paid, even though I was told that their system would be able to make the distinction. Never found it so hard to give someone money!! Never had issues with Concordia. I also have a number of other issues I can list (mostly billing) but I&#39;ll save that for my formal complaint. I agree with SSG below, I&#39;m going to write my congressman and push this up the chain because this is ridiculous!!
