What are your thoughts on damage control? Do you believe your division is confident in their ability to defend the crew?

Damage control is not just one division's responsibility, it's everyone on the ship. That's why there are General Quarters at 3am just to see if the crew is trained and up to the task.

When you are on a ship, it doesn't matter, it is everyone's responsibility to fight for the ship. U.S.S. Cole reminded us of this.

The posts are true. It's everyone's responsibility. However it is the responsibility of the Damage Control division to give proper training and techniques so that in the event of a casualty they will have to tools to handle those casualties.
