You will receive your current grade/TIS pay and BAH rate for the location of your last duty station prior to WOCS if you are a tech candidate. Flight candidates PCS to Rucker.

nothing changes from your last pay check, only thing that changes is you get to go to basic all over again except this time its on all hopped up on RIP It's... You will have a blast you stay in barracks until complete then if you are an aviator you report and get different housing, if a tech then back to last duty station until WOBC

You still keep your same rank until you're appointed WO1. If that leads to a drop in pay, there is a differential pay to you apply for from DFAS as well.
