Getting selected for promotion to MSG would be great...but I would have to saying leaving a lasting impact on the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines I work with would be the absolute best. I have enjoyed serving in the Army and I would take out of all accolades and recognitions is just knowing that I have left a lasting and meaningful impression on the future of my MOS and my Army. I want to have inspired great leaders to go forward and do the same. That is my goal and what I aspire to do. "Victory Starts Here!"

Obviously SFC, should be every SSGs goal.

But I'd like to finish my Associates degree before June 1, get my CCNA before the end of the year and do at least 2 resident courses before the end of the year.

I'm hurting on resident courses and civilian Ed so need to put a lot of focus on those.

I'm setting a goal to be under 200 lbs and not be taped for the first time in over a decade even though I'm always 4-5% under.

My goals for 2015.
300+ on APFT
Air Assault & Pathfinder
Complete BS in Business Management
Complete gunsmith courses
Complete both Tough Mudder and a Half Marathon
Work harder to be a better husband and father
SFC would be my last goal, not because I dont want it more than the rest of my goals but maybe its time to focus on what matter most my family, myself, the Army, then promotion boards.

I will finalize the patent on my hydroelectric generator, market it and put the proceeds towards marketing my first book which will set the path for books 2 and 3...simultaneously, I will start businesses 1and then take my entire BN out for dinner. My speech will be epic...both humorous and inspiring. It will set the path to my political aspirations that I've kept secret until now...remember where you heard it first.
