I'm in the market for some new boots for the OCP uniform, and will soon be attending Airborne School. I currently wear Belleville Mini-mils, but am concerned that they might not provide adequate structure and support during a PLF. Now I'm looking for suggestions from those on jump-status, so I can try on a few pairs and get them broken in before I head to Georgia. Thanks for sharing your experience. If you jack up the PLF nothing’s going to save you. Where what’s comfortable. Best boots I’ve ever had are the Garmonts though. Pay attention to the training and execute as you were taught and you’ll be fine.
