Her selfishness and neglect led me (and my brothers) to be the self-centered, egotistical, obnoxious, just plain evil men we were when I joined the Army. It has taken me decades to rebuild some of the relationships she deliberately destroyed with her pathological lying, even with my brother. She is responsible for almost half a dozen divorces and countless years of lost time with loved ones. Her lies even led my brother to commit suicide several years ago. If it were not for the Army and my awesome wife, I would have been put in jail or a casket decades ago, all thanks to my biological egg donor.Response by CW3 Eric W. I was the oldest of 3 boys at the time. My mom decided to take us to the movies and had us vote for which movie we saw. My brothers already agreed on a movie so I said my vote didn't matter since they were the majority. Well she voted for my choice and grown-up votes count twice because they're twice our age. We ended up seeing my movie and it was little moments like this which really made me appreciate my parents.Response by Cpl Justin Goolsby made Apr 27 at 2016 10:28 AM2016-04-27T10:28:51-04:002016-04-27T10:28:51-04:002016-04-25T21:48:21-04:00
