Also, check your stance and grip. If continues, get a lesson from the professional. Couple of lessons will make your day at the course much enjoyable! Having a better understanding of how your stance, grip, club face, and swing path can cause a slice, will help you to fix it. When all else fails, play the slice.. Otherwise, most slices are a result of coming over the top and creating an outside to inside swing. Your body needs to get out of the way creating an open club face at impact. I have worked on an inside to out swing for a while with a PGA pro and now I have a nice draw and an additional 20 yards on my drive. Work with a PGA pro and he or she will straighten you out. There is really no easy fix to a slice as it could be a multitude of problems. From hand placement, to grip to stance to how you start or finish the swing. Way to many variables to account.

But for giggles do you have a video of yourself swinging the ball? Google it. If everything else is solid (swing plane, ball position, grip), the K position really helps open the hips up through the swing and align the face at impact. It generates power and helps avoid the slice. Response by LT Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 8 at 2016 4:57 PM 2016-04-08T16:57:37-04:00 2016-04-08T16:57:37-04:00 2015-12-07T13:12:33-05:00
