What are the TOS requirements for Pcsing? I was told I’m inelidble but have been on station for nearly 3 years.

I think some more info would be required here for your scenario. WHO told you that you were ineligible? Did they tell you WHY? How much time do you have left in till you ETS? I don't know specific TOS requirements for YOU, but I do know that if you have less than a year on your contract, it is highly likely that you are ineligible to PCS anywhere. You may need to reenlist or extend for a certain amount of time before you can play "lets make a deal" with branch.

Each case is unique but the standard is 24 months TOS. Many variables involved like ETS, overseas tours, etc... you need to contact your branch manager regarding your situation for your specifics!

The time on station rule is 3 years time on station. If you've been there for 3 years and you're an E4 you're either in your reenlistment window or at your RCP. Go reenlist for a duty station.
