Regardless of whether you go tech or aviation, the first step is a 110 GT score, after that for aviation you need to pass the SIFT and flight physical. After that its just putting the packet together which can be found at the link above.

Find a warrant to be a mentor. You generally need to be an NCO in your MOS with multiple NCOER's to include in the WO packet. If you want to be a WO in a different MOS you'll need to plan to move to that MOS (exception is Flight).
