What are the required Inbriefs that should be listed on the initial counseling? at any NCOES or other Army School?

I am an Instructor at an RTSM. We just underwent an inspection by the TRADOC QA team. We are trying to update our Initial, Mid, and End of course counseling. Is anyone aware of the required Inbriefs that should be listed on the initial counseling?

I was an SGL for USAR WLC at Camp Parks and went through the same thing with TRADOC, SMA and ARRTC. Basically we covered to "do's and don't briefly" then described the standards for passing ex. What evaluations were required, how the evals were captured on the 1059, what it took to become "Exceeds, Distinguished Leadership Awardee and Distinguished Honor Grad" the Conduct, Counseling's etc. If I am not too late I may have an example I can send you if you want.
