This being said the problem is the lack of training/understanding with most of them regarding military culture. Specifically how not all behaviors are pathological and how weak diagnostics can ruin a career or at least make it very problematic for a soldier. Some of the Brigade assets are under immense pressure to "preserve the fighting force" or "get rid of this one" by commands.
