As far as the Android side of the house, I have only had the opportunity to use the Fit Bit Charge HR. The Fit Bit in my honest opinion was a decent product. That being said, the Charge HR was not very a rugged product and broke within a year of use. When I run, I use the Garmin 35 which is the least expensive stand-alone GPS watch. I have the Garmin pushing data to Garmin Connect, which then pushes data to FitBit and Strava. FitBit is my system of record for daily step count, sleep hours, and other 24/7 data. Strava is where I track my runs and other high intensity workouts. Went through two 310s. Costs $70 plus shipping to get a new battery installed. Wasn't satisfied. Bought a Motorola. Loved it. They just pulled assets away from that segment of their business, and left the software to die. Now I run with a Tom Tom HR music, paired with wireless headphones. No wires = better burpees.
