These places are essentially diploma mills, and are designed to drain your TA and force you to take out student loans. That being said, if you are looking to complete the basic education courses, any local community college will work. if you are trying to get a bachelors, find a college that has a strong online/remote option and that is highly regarded for the degree you are looking at.
