Get with your ARA or UAT at your company. They have everything you need to do a transfer.

For USAR Soldiers: Contact your retention nco they can help you find units in the area your looking for with vacancies at your rank/mos. Also you will need to get counseled by your CDR and retention nco and complete a da form 4651. Once you have all three forms signed off by you and the losing commander your ARA or S1 will pop it into ePAT and the readiness division will cut your transfer orders.

Some ARA's/SAA's like myself have AVE access so I can see the different locations and availabilities for our troops. Doesn't take much to get troops transferred to a new unit.
