I know THEY all say not to do that but it works for me. I am just fine living alone and not having any relationships with anyone. I am most at peace when just by myself. I do have a dog and she is my best friend. I was treated at the VA for chronic PTSD for almost 5 years and I still see my shrink there every 4 months. I would say to younger men and women go and get all of the help you can and I hope you can find something that helps.Response by SGT Ed Matyjasik made Feb 28 at 2020 8:38 PM2020-02-28T20:38:49-05:002020-02-28T20:38:49-05:00MAJ Ken Landgren5611811<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>To reduce anxiety imagine you are at the range. Every target is a stressor. Prioritize your targets or stressors by the closest to the furthest. You will find that some of the stressors are irrelevant to your life. This firing pattern will allow you to prioritize instead of thinking of all the targets or stressors at the same time. I hope this helps and makes sense.Response by MAJ Ken Landgren made Feb 28 at 2020 9:56 PM2020-02-28T21:56:16-05:002020-02-28T21:56:16-05:00MSG Danny Mathers5613787<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Get a full time job even if its 3rd shift.Response by MSG Danny Mathers made Feb 29 at 2020 12:53 PM2020-02-29T12:53:36-05:002020-02-29T12:53:36-05:002020-02-28T19:33:00-05:00
