What are some good 19D team leader bullets for an NCOER?

Any 19D NCO's have any good team leader bullets? Specifically heavy unit NCO's. Have some change of raters coming up

Very simply the accomplishments made by the individual. If you are looking for assistance in shaping the accomplishements that should be taken off line as you would need to share all accomplishments, from all areas on the NCOER. Thank you for your service.

A Major once asked me to write some bullets for my own EER. I put one in his inbox- "SM's dashing good looks are only surpassed by the length of his procreative organ."

A few of the good ones I had as a TL and these aren’t quoted exactly but,
Developed a PT plan for team that platoon adopted, improving the average of each SM 20 points on APFT

And- developed unit load plan and SOP that was adopted by squadron prior to NTC rotation

They also have always put in about medical training for my guys as well, and weight loss program achievements etc... my squad leader has never had one of my NCOERS kicked back by HQDA

All the cumulative training events plus something relating to doing something outside of his normal occupational duties. Also, don't forget about additional duties. Those could serve as bullets granted he actually did the things outlined in his additional duties
