<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If my memory serves me correctly, you get 8 hours of downtime after a drill weekend. ( do you wouldn’t work Sunday night) Best to reach out to your ESGR rep. They can explain your rights and help you communicate with your employer.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;ve been a night shifter since January 2006 so I understand what your schedule is like. If you can take Monday off by using a day of vacation, do it. If you can&#39;t, then you&#39;ll have to suck it up and show up for your regular shift. There are times when I have training during the day and if I forget to the next off then I am still required to show up for my shift. Some times I may only get about four hours of sleep before I need to get up and get ready for work again.

You don’t need to report to work until the next full day. So no Sunday nights. Again, ESGR has all the information you need.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Got it taken care of my supervisor and i sat down and read over the regulation and he called up one his buddies and got some insight. Long story short my attendance record is still good.
