What are my odds applying to the green to gold?

I am active duty and am starting to look into the green to gold program, considering how competitive the program is I would like to know my odds going in.
I meet the minimum GPA requirement and have 83 credits. I believe they also look at my erb and i have a few AAMs and my cib. I also have the backing of my leadership( PL, CO, BC). And I have never failed the ACFT.

I'd recommend you get in touch with the Education Office to see what they know. When I last looked at G2G, you had to find a school that had an ROTC program and see if the school would accept you under that program. But again, it's been damn near 20 years since I last researched it.

Basically you've just said you're at the bottom of the barrel. "Meet the minimum GPA" and "never failed the ACFT" puts you in the category of - if everyone else is dead, sick, or unable to attend, then pick this person.

There are three G2G programs. It sounds like you are describing the Active Duty Option, which is the most competitive. Last year they awarded a little over 400 scholarships. G2G ADO is a competition. Out of the several thousand people applying and who have perfect APFT/ACFT scores, 3.85+ GPAs, Soldier/NCO of the year, Audie Murphy/Morales club, outstanding NCOERs, multiple schools, and were selected for leadership positions, do you believe your scores of just meeting the minimum will place you in the top 400 people?

By all means, give it a shot. But you also need to take a realistic look of where you stand in the Scholar-Athlete-Warrior triad. If you aren't standing out in those areas, a thousand other applicants are and they will be graded higher than you and receive the scholarship. G2G ADO is a limited resource, you have to be hungrier than your peers to earn it

I'm of the camp that if you check all the boxes then apply.

At the very least, find the application and documented process for Green to Gold.

As SFC Boyd said it sounds like you're at the bottom of the barrel. But, if you check the boxes and applied you are still "in the barrel". Some times it inevitably comes down to that.

Even General Patton repeated a year at West Point.

You’ll get multiple chances to apply considering you are still early in your career however like one of the others said meeting the “standard” will not get you selected. FWIW I am a year into G2G ADO and I was accepted with way more qualifications than the minimum. However, apply and see where it takes you. You can also look into the other options considering how early you are like Hip-Pocket Scholarship or even the USMA.
